Dedicated Window Tinting Bay
Our dedication to exceptional window film installations starts with our purpose-built window tint bay. Once the bay door is closed, dust, debris and pollen from outside can’t enter the room. This controlled environment reduces the chances of foreign objects being trapped between the film and the glass.
We use a climate-control system to reduce humidity in the room during the summer months and to ensure that the professionally trained technicians working on your vehicle are comfortable at all times.
Computer-Controlled Film Plotter
We use a state-of-the-art film plotter to cut all of the window tint films we will be installing. Unlike shops that cut film on the vehicle using a razor knife, our plotter eliminates the chance of scratches or marks on your vehicle’s glass, rubber trim or accent moldings. In short, we never use your vehicle as a cutting board. The film cutting room is separate from the installation bay to further reduce the chance of contamination.
Obsessive Vehicle Preparation
Before we bring the film to the vehicle, we use a multi-step process to clean and prepare the windows. Stickers and their adhesives are removed from side windows. Next, we degrease the windows to remove fingerprints and overspray from dash and vinyl protective sprays that may contain silicones.
As an intermediate step, we mask off any felt around your vehicle’s windows with masking tape to control dust. We also wipe down the plastic and vinyl trim around the windows with a damp cloth to further eliminate the chance of contamination.
Finally, we scrape each window to make sure there is absolutely nothing on the glass that can show up as a bubble or bump under the tint. Only once each window is perfect do we apply the slip agent and film.

There are hundreds of window film brands, series and shades on the market. Street Smart has categorized the best into what we refer to as Basic, Premium, Platinum, Clear and Security films. We can help you choose the right tint shade to provide the look you want for your vehicle. It’s important to note that our Clear films offer the same UV protection and heat-rejection performance as some of our darkest dyed and ceramic tints.
We don’t use metalized tint films. While they offer good heat rejection for the price, the way their construction hinders the performance of cellular phones, portable navigation devices and keyless entry systems is contrary to our philosophy of providing a thoroughly exceptional experience.
